Job Responsibilities:
Guide every guest through Chunky River Harley-Davidson® specific sales process, which includes, but is not limited to the following
- Welcoming each guest with a genuine greeting.
- Fitting our guests accurately to the bikes and products that solve their needs.
- Educating our guests on the Harley-Davidson® life (fun, adventure, freedom, excitement, individuality, purpose, badassness).
- Initiate and facilitating "Welcome to the Family" path for enhanced guest experiences.
- Actively promoting test rides with our guests.
- Participating in daily sales meetings, trainings, and coachings.
- Meeting and exceeding daily activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, guests logged, sit downs, and closes.
- Following up with our guests by phone, text, email, and other mediums.
- Having fun.
- Other duties as assigned.
Guest Attention and Care:
- Greet guests immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
- Ensure guests are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.
- Practice the CRH-D methodology so that all guests receive consistent treatment when doing business.
- Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer.
- Ensure the delivery to our customer is a special "EVENT" and experience for them, endearing them to our dealership.
- Contact guests using CRH-D methodology personal follow-up to encourage loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, practicing empathy, while demonstrating our commitment to "Make Things Right."
- Cultivate new prospects by follow-ups, phone calls, emails, social media, etc.

Job Requirements:
- Prior sales experience will be helpful, but is not required.
- Have a love of motorcycles, and contributing to the success of the team.
- Be a people person.
- Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
- Be able follow a structured sales process on value based selling.
Physical Demands:
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time, up to 8 consecutive hours.
- Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle.
Working Conditions:
- Usually indoors, however outdoor work is required when outdoor events are scheduled.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
